Embrace

Harmony and warmth with an embracing design

Design that creates a welcoming atmosphere

Embrace combines high quality with a warm, human-centred expression. Its gently shaped wooden back creates a sense of calm and homeliness in the workplace. The result is an environment where employees and visitors feel welcome and secure – enhancing comfort, increasing engagement and contributing to a workplace that supports wellbeing, creativity and productivity.

A chair with room for variety

Thanks to its versatility, Embrace is equally at home in different types of meeting spaces, social settings, touchdown areas and places for spontaneous conversations. It provides a complete solution that supports a wide range of activities without the need for several different furniture solutions.

Seating ergonomics that support wellbeing

The different seat heights mean that the chairs and bar stools can be used for both traditional and more active sitting. This creates variety, supports good ergonomics and contributes to wellbeing. The slightly flexible back also encourages natural movement, helping to improve blood circulation. This contributes to healthy working environments that support health, energy and long-term wellbeing – where employees both feel and perform better.

Light, embracing design

Embrace features soft curves and smooth geometry, with the transition between the back and seat designed to create a light, floating appearance. The clean aesthetic, with no visible screws, reinforces the sense of quality and harmony. The result is an approachable, inviting chair that blends into a wide variety of settings and contributes to a cohesive, welcoming overall impression.

“Embrace has been a valued part of our range since its launch in 2014. By combining wood, soft forms and a cohesive design language, Embrace makes it possible to create welcoming, harmonious and functional environments.”

A chair for every meeting

All chairs in the Embrace family share a slightly flexible back, available in wood or with an upholstered inner surface, which provides excellent comfort, encourages natural movement and improves circulation. The Embrace bar stool is available in two heights, and its integrated footrest provides additional comfort. It is ideal for everything from social areas and meeting spaces to project tables and touchdown areas.

Sustainable environments with a personal expression

Choose from carefully selected, quality-tested materials and fabrics from Kinnarps Colour Studio. The wide range also gives you the opportunity to create a personal expression. However you customise your Embrace, it creates a cohesive feel throughout the working environment.

Today, an office lounge serves several purposes. It is a place for spontaneous meetings, short periods of work and social breaks that foster a sense of community and innovation.
